These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the House of Elevar platform (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, mobile applications, content, services, and any related products provided by House of Elevar. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to share such content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.
The prices for content or services on the Platform are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
You agree to pay all applicable fees for purchases made through your account. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers, and you agree to comply with their terms and conditions.
We offer refunds on certain eligible purchases within a defined period (e.g., 14 days). Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
If you publish content on House of Elevar, you agree to our Creator Terms, which include:
Granting us the rights necessary to distribute your content.
Ensuring your content complies with our Community Guidelines.
Receiving payouts based on our revenue-share model.
Creators must comply with additional rules available in our Creator Agreement.
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
House of Elevar is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be secure, error-free, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, House of Elevar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions related to ownership, warranties, disclaimers, and liability will survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of significant changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
