  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the course content has not been extensively consumed or downloaded.

  • Refund requests submitted after 14 days will not be eligible, except where required by applicable law.

To request a refund:

  1. Log in to your House Of Elavar account.

  2. Navigate to your Order History or My Courses.

  3. Click “Request Refund” next to the relevant course.

  4. Follow the instructions to complete your request.

3. Conditions for Denial of Refund

Refunds may be denied if:

  • You have completed a significant portion of the course (e.g., more than 50%).

  • The course was purchased using promotional or limited-time discount codes labeled as non-refundable.

  • There is evidence of abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated refund requests across multiple courses).

  • The refund request was made after the 14-day window.


4. Approved Refunds

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.


5. Instructor Revenue Impact

If you are an instructor, please note that refunds will be deducted from your total earnings. Refund activity may affect your course metrics and payout reports.


6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription plans or bundles (after the billing cycle starts).

  • Downloadable resources or materials sold separately.

  • Services such as coaching, consultation, or custom packages unless otherwise stated.
